Supporting our Customers with Integrity
MicroLNG liquefaction plants provide an economically attractive capability to produce LNG for fuel in domestic transport and power generation uses. Our plants particularly suit locations where:
> There is no good gas pipeline infrastructure to service fuel users.
> Gas fields are not provided with pipeline infrastructure.
> There is Excess Gas available such as well testing sites, flared gas or closed facilities with existing take-or-pay contracts.
EPCM Solutions work with our partners MicroLNG and EPC Projects to design, build, operate and maintain LNG liquefaction facilities around the world based on standard 100, 200, 400 & 800 ton per day modular processing plants.
MicroLNG’s processing technology uses a very efficient liquefaction process with a greatly reduced power consumption requirement and has a quick restart capability. Our designs ensure a small facility footprint, a high level of modularisation and low capital costs.
Our facilities include transport fuelling and metering stations and client site storage and regasification equipment.
LNG from MicroLNG plants is primarily used as a diesel replacement fuel to reduce carbon emissions:
> LNG emits 25% less greenhouse gases than diesel
> NOx emissions reduced by 80%
> Particulate emissions reduced by 75%
> SOx emissions reduced by 100%
With our partners we can also provide Build-Own-Operate facilities and have options for equipment leasing and project funding.
